Bert's main instruments for blues are a National 1932 Duolian, 2003 Amistar Tricone model 3, 1999 National Style O Deluxe, 1941 National Style O mandolin, 1919, Gibson A3 mandolin, 1930's Regal Dobro mandolin, late 1920's Stromberg -Voisinet parlor guitar, and a 1937 Gibson HG-00 guitar.
