AT THE AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL FOLK FESTIVAL

Christy O'Leary has been performing Irish traditional music professionally playing for the past 35 years, and together with American Bert Deivert since the year 2000.
Based in Sweden, he has two of his own cds out, THE NORTHERN BRIDGE, and a cd of traditional and original material recorded with
Bert called - Song's Sweet Caress.

Christy can be booked in a duo with Bert Deivert on guitar/bouzouki or as a trio - O'Leary, Tweed, & Deivert.
They are working on a new cd to be released in the early summer of 2008.
Festivals Christy O'Leary and Bert Deivert have appeared at are the Celtic Connections Festival in Scotland, Odense Folk Festival and Copenhagen Irish Festival in Denmark, the Urkult festival, Calmar Irish Festival and Korrö Folk Festival in Sweden, the Kihaus Folk Festival and Pomarkku Irish Festival in Finland,
London's Return to Camden Town Irish festival, and the Fairbridge Festival and National Folk Festival in Australia.
