Christy O’Leary (IRE) and Bert Deivert (US) have played together for 5
years. Matching Christy’s Irish traditional artistry, blazing technique,
and matchless vocals with Bert’s eclectic mix of American old timey, delta
blues, jazz, Swedish trad, and Irish/Scots influences on string instruments
makes for a style that breathes new life into old standards. Their first cd
together, SONG'S SWEET CARESS has received worldwide rave reviews. They mix
Irish, Scottish, and some Swedish tunes and songs with exciting original material.
